Priesthood Discernment Group
MONTHLY MORNING OF REFLECTION
“Here I am, send me!” (Isaiah 6:8)
Have you ever thought about being a priest? Would you like to know more? If you answered “yes” to these questions, please consider participating in a monthly morning of reflection. The Priesthood Discernment Group gathers on the first Saturday of the month to: pray with and for those who are open to the call of God to the priesthood, discuss and reflect upon issues concerning priestly life and ministry, and provide fellowship and support among those who are discerning God’s call. Open to men in grade 12 or older, participants have the opportunity to interact and share with seminarians and diocesan priests. Gatherings are held at St. John Parish, 45 Victoria Road North, Guelph beginning with Mass at 8:30 a.m. and concluding with lunch around noon.
Upcoming gatherings:
Saturday, February 6th & Saturday, March 6th.

Religious Life Discernment Group
Introduced this past October, the Religious Life Discernment Group meets one Saturday morning each month to pray with and for those who are open to the call to Religious Life, to discuss and reflect upon issues concerning discernment, and to provide support for those who are prayerfully considering God’s call. Open to women 17 years of age and older, participants have the opportunity to interact with each other and with those in Religious Life. The interaction can be a great source of encouragement to the participants who realize that they are not alone in their desire to know and respond to the will of God. The next meeting is scheduled for Saturday, December 12, beginning at 10:00 a.m. and concluding with Mass at 11:00 a.m. All meetings are held at the Chancery Office.
